Frequently Asked Questions

What treatments do you offer?

We provide comprehensive physiotherapy services for sports injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, and workplace-related conditions. Our treatments include manual therapy, exercise prescription, and targeted rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient's specific needs.

How long are sessions?

Initial consultations typically last 45-60 minutes. Follow-up sessions range from 30-45 minutes depending on your specific treatment plan and recovery goals. We ensure each session is focused and efficient.

Can I choose my Physiotherapist, or do I have to use the one provided by the insurer?

Yes, you have the right to choose your own physiotherapist, as long as they are registered with SIRA and have experience treating your type of injury.

Am I entitled to Workers Compensation?

All full-time, part-time, and casual employees in NSW who sustain a work-related injury are entitled to receive workers' compensation. If you have any doubts, contact us, and we will be happy to clarify your entitlement.

Can I choose my Physiotherapist under CTP insurance?

Yes, as long as the physiotherapist is licensed or registered to treat motor vehicle accident injuries, you can choose your own therapist.

Will treatment cost me?

No, if you have an approved claim number from the insurance, your physiotherapist will directly invoice the insurer. You won’t need to pay upfront.

What can I claim from my insurance?

CTP insurance typically covers the cost of necessary medical treatments, including physiotherapy, related to your motor vehicle accident injuries.

How long do I have to see a physiotherapist for my injury?

The duration of physiotherapy treatment depends on the severity of your injury. From April 2023, CTP insurance covers treatment for up to 52 weeks.
